Coopers Lager

The lager brew is one of the most sold beers across the globe and is a favoured brew among the home brewing community. The Lager beer is a lighter beer then most beers and is a great beer to have once is has been refrigerated.

The Coopers Lager is a brew that really stands out from the rest. It is a fantastic brew and is probably one of better classic lagers on the market. You will get a lager brew kit in the Coopers Microbrewery Kit that will allow you able to brew this as one of our very first beers.

This lager will come out with a light straw colour and golden gues and a nice lacy white head. The beer has light floral aromas that follow through on the light medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavour. Overall the beer has a really nice clean finish.

The lager once it has brewed and bottled for at least 2 weeks is best chilled and served in a good quality beer glass. It is a great beer to have with food and it is also a great beer to experiment a little by adding new flavours and adjusting the amount of sugar the beer is fermented with.
