Calcium Sulphate/Gypsum is a brewing additive to compensate water deficiencies for beers. Also a perfect aid in Sherry fermentation. CALCIUM SULPHATE is a salt used to increase mineral content of brewing liquor to produce the desired beer characteristics.

For pH adjustment and water treatment.
