Puriferm XXL Turbo Yeast is the original professional package for fermenting 100 liters of alcohol from sugar / water washing . The yeast strain is used with the yeast Ethanol TT with high temperature tolerance , which allows the fermentation of large batches up to 100 liters. Cooling is not required. It is possible to " stack " is a yeast turbo , is using two packages 200 liters. Increased volume is not recommended without cooling . Puriferm XXL in 350g bags , all in one , ready to use .
