Containing traditionally used, Bamberg originated, beech smoked malt, we've aimed to replicate one of the oldest German beer styles, trying to remain true to the style, without the addition of any artificial smoked flavourings or essences. This beer is rich in it's body and contains the, expected smoked aromas and flavours.


All the hops are weighed in separate bags to add at various stages in the boil. Complete with full instructions.
